CBC St Kilda is currently, an all boys Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, with an enrolment of approximately 550 students. CBC is a small school with friendly staff and students, and it is close to the city and public transport. Our Main Campus is in St Kilda East and our Year 9 Campus is a short distance away in Balaclava.

Personal Assistant to the Principal (Re-advertised)

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative, executive and organisational support to the College Principal.

The PA to the Principal has a crucial role within the College. The successful candidate will possess a welcoming and approachable manner, strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and organisational capabilities. Flexibility, initiative, executive-level minute taking and document preparation experience is essential. PA experience within a school or other complex organisations will be highly regarded, together with an ability to multi-task and manage workflow for multiple stakeholders.

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential.  A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check will be required, as well as a driver's licence. Up to date First Aid and Anaphylaxis training would be advantageous.

The appointment is a full-time ongoing teacher position, commencing 28 January 2020
